Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping cost is free for orders above RS.2999.

Standard shipping cost of flat Rs.50 applies for orders with Rs.2999 and below

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery

By when will I receive the ordered products?

All domestic orders are processed between 1-2 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 5-7 business days. For remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-10 business days. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we don’t

  • Net Banking
What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

Yes, of course! All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse, we can assist you. Please write to us at  support@thefluffymunchkin.in for further assistance.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?

Out of Stock

If you’re interested in purchasing an item that is out of stock please get in touch with us at fluffymunchkinclothing@gmail.com and we will update you the minute we update the stock of those items.

Unable to fulfil order

If we are unable to fulfil an order after you have placed it, you can contact us and our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. 

What if I receive a defected/wrong product or an incomplete order?

In case of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us, we will replace the order with the correct products.

If  the product has a manufacturing defect. (i.e torn, stains, stitched incorrectly) , we can either offer a replacement product or a credit note. Return shipping will be borne by us.
